TLDR :

Ronin just signed a new title: Forgotten Runes, an MMORPG part of the Forgotten Runiverse IP.
- Outside the flagship MMORPG, the IP spans another game called Battle for Goblin Town, comics, trading cards, an animation series, and more. The IP has been around for 3 years now.
In Forgotten Runes players can form guilds, go on adventures, craft and forge, build, and trade.
- Last November the game ran its Eve of Memory event, which was praised for its fun core loop and potential. Ahri made a great Substack post on it sharing his thoughts in-depth
Besides the game and IP-building Forgotten Runes can be commended for its cult-like community (they call themselves a “Wizard’s Cult”). You can get a sense of the community’s strength by simply scrolling through their Twitter
Overall, this is another W for Ronin. Adding to the ecosystem’s catalog of IPs and bringing another MMORPG to the chain in a short period

Smilegate, the South Korean developer of LordNine, partnered with Line Next, the owners of the DOSI blockchain
- Line is a communication network that is largely popular in South Asia, especially in Japan. In December ‘23 they raised $140M for its Web3 platform
The upcoming Web3 MMORPG LordNine will integrate with the DOSI NFT marketplace which will initially launch in Taiwan in September ‘24
Smilegate is also the developer of Epic Seven, OUTERPLANE, and other titles, some of which have been pretty successful
Our CT bubbles often don’t cover these types of developments in the SA markets, therefore I wanted to point out this interesting development and foresee we can expect more interesting games coming to the DOSI platform
- There’s now a pre-registration event going on for LordNine as well

Pre-market trading on Bybit opened for the most popular Telegram clicker game: Hamster Kombat (HMSTR)
- The token can now be traded before the official listing (NFA), and so far the token is trading at ~$0.18. Do mind that OTC trading might not always accurately reflect open market prices
With 250M “users”, Hamster Kombat is the next big thing following NOT in its footsteps. Whether this flops or succeeds will be important from the perspective of whether the Telegram clicker game narrative can continue

Out of a sudden MOCA announced that the airdrop claim opens tomorrow (July 11th). MOCA NFT holders and MOCA ID holders (with enough RP) can claim a token allocation:
- For MOCA NFT holders 10% of the token supply is reserved, which is divided into 3 segments: 1/3 is unlocked from TGE, 1/3 vested for 52 weeks after 3 months, 1/3 reserved for future MOCA NFT incentives
